| Consider a Condo... I hear it all the time, "ugh, if I stay at a condo, I have to cook"... No, it just gives you the choice to cook. We have been staying at a condo exclusively for years when we travel with our kids. The daily rate typically is more than a hotel, but the overall cost of the trip is less expensive when you eliminate the need to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at a restaurant (not to mention the time at the beach lost while looking for and waiting at a restaurant). Condos offer an opportunity to feel more at home while traveling, a smaller more intimate environment to relax in or get aquainted with fellow guests. Our kids love hosting their new friends for an afternoon lunch by the pool, prepared of course by Mom! |
